Källarbacken

For those who want to experience the nature around Rosersbergs Castle Hotel.
Källarbacken is a separate functional building located approx. 150 meters from the castle. Here are our simplest rooms, which are small but comfortable and suitable for those who want to spend their stay exploring the beautiful surroundings around the castle, rather than staying in the hotel room.

The pasta salad can be picked up from 11.00 in the castle's café and is an excellent quick lunch for further activities. When booking, please let us know what time you want to pick up your salad and any allergies. Check-in takes place from 15.00 in Rosersbergs Castle Hotels reception. The breakfast bag is picked up at the same reception in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the hotel room. Check-out takes place no later than 11 a.m.

Choose between Economy Queen rooms with a 140 cm wide bed or Economy Twin rooms with two separate 90 cm beds.

Hiking trails and sauna
In the vicinity of the castle there are several nice hiking trails and many people come to us just to hike. In our beautiful castle park you can both stroll and walk, here there are loops and paths between 0-5 km. In Källarbacken there is a gym and a women's and men's sauna.

Round trip to Sigtuna, approx. 26 km
Round trip to Stenladan in Stenige, approx. 15 km
Round trip to Runsa fornborg, approx. 10 km
Pilgrimsleden Ingegerdsleden is an 11-mile long, easy-hiking trail that stretches from the Great Church in Stockholm, via St. Mary's Church in Sigtuna, to the Cathedral in Uppsala. The part of the trail that goes through Sigtuna municipality starts at Rosersbergs Castle.
