New Year's at Rosersberg's Castle Hotel

Celebrate the new year in the castle's quiet environment, enjoy good food, a lovely atmosphere and crisp champagne at twelve o'clock! We celebrate the New Year with pomp and circumstance without fireworks.

Check in in the afternoon and start your stay with a glass of sparkling wine in the bar along with our cheese buffet with the castle's selected cheeses. Around us there are several nice hiking trails and walking paths that we are happy to recommend. Is it a moment in the gym, hanging out in the hotel room or a relaxing moment in one of the castle's salons that attracts you the most? For dinner, a New Year's menu is served in one of the castle's dining rooms, and afterwards coffee is served in the bar. Good drinks are served here all evening long. At twelve o'clock we toast the new year with champagne on the castle's terrace. Something small to eat is served in the bar during the evening and here you can take the opportunity to enjoy each other's company for a while longer before it's time to fall asleep comfortably in fluffy hotel sheets. Wake up rested and start the new year with a wonderfully well-stocked breakfast buffet.
